30 years ago, Gerri Holmes was continually delayed and interrupted by the overbearing toxicity of those around her.

The word “Distractors” was always in her head due to the behavior of others and burdening issues which never allowed her to remain focused on what was truly important to her.

Gerri realized she was not the only person who felt this way, so she started writing her book in 2015. The book “Distractors” will help those who are allowing toxic people in their space preventing them from being all they can be.

Gerri is also a musician and her song, 'Distractors' was just released on Friday December 1st!
