We talk about good ways to communicate often but I feel like we don't give enough focus to listening. Being a good listener is not commonly a natural trait one has. We tend to be natural talkers, not listeners. So I give you 3 things to think about when you are listening to someone. I also share with you a TED Talk that is awesome.
