Her intelligent and compelling narrative is full of original insights. It is a great mix of serious, funny, emotional, and all of it engaging from the first page. I would recommend this book to anyone in education - including current leaders, aspiring leaders and classroom teachers, after all we're all leading someone, whether it is students or staff. Emma's ideas are refreshing and exciting. Brilliant!
