His culinary adventures also took him to the United States and Mallorca, Spain, where he gained valuable experience and honed his skills.
Kevin's culinary expertise and diverse background led him to serve as a chef on the reality show "Below Deck," catering to an esteemed clientele. Now settled back in Perth, he proudly owns and operates 3.8 Baysie, where he continues to create exceptional dining experiences with his unique blend of creativity and expertise.
