The Hospitality Disability Network WA (HDN) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting people living with disabilities in securing sustainable careers within the hospitality and tourism industries. Since 2016, HDN has successfully placed over 250 individuals into meaningful employment across Western Australia, partnering with more than 170 businesses that are committed to fostering inclusive workplaces. HDN provides tailored employment solutions that highlight the benefits of inclusivity for both businesses and employees.


Kirra, a Disability Advisor with HDNWA, brings over a decade of experience in employment and community services, with a focus on mental health, disability, and community reintegration. Her qualifications in Career Development, Community Services, and Alcohol and Other Drug Counselling reflect her comprehensive approach to helping individuals find work that aligns with their strengths.

Marnie, HDN's Manager, leads the team with a deep passion for inclusive employment within the hospitality and tourism sectors. Her extensive experience, including her time as Venue Manager at The Merrywell, has equipped her with a strong understanding of the industry and a commitment to creating inclusive work environments.
