Mark Balmert, President & CEO of the San Diego Military Advisory Council (SDMAC) is joined by Phil Kendro, Vice President of the Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial Association. Balmert promotes SDMAC's Town Hall Series, which will feature various virtual presentations beginning March 4, 2021. Kendro provides a brief history of the memorial, the nation's only national memorial to honor both living and deceased service members.
