The entire family is hurt by this neurological disorder. That means that it can also be a huge point of contention in a family. But how can we get a neurotypical person to understand what it is like inside our brains? Are there books they can read or videos they can watch to learn about ADHD? What can they do to be better partners to us? Don't they get that we're not just lazy???
