This episode is a sneak peek into how I personally switch my mentality, my nutrition and my workouts going from Winter to Spring. My goals for Winter are not the same as my goals for Spring and it takes a different mindset and different actions to get me the results I want.
You are getting a "behind the scenes look" at what I do for my workouts, how I change up my macros and my exact mindset shifts to make sure I am set up for success.
The mindset shift, knowing WHY
Being able to adjust and make changes in your fitness journey is the key of making it a lifestyle. You cannot expect to be able to workout, eat and live the exact same way year round... and honestly, you shouldn't want to. I use the Winter to loosen up my macros and to gain muscle while I use the Spring to lose fat and lean out my body. This works best for me.
I hope this episode helps you think about what will work best for you and I hope it encourages you to take a look at your current fitness plan and make some changes to hit your goals.
