A healthy relationship with food is one of my favorite things to talk about and to help my clients improve.

I struggled hard with the diet cycle, thinking carbs were bad, assuming I couldn't build my dream body while enjoying foods I  loved, etc!

Having a healthy relationship with food is important for so many reasons. In this episode I talk about some of my past experiences/struggles with food and 3 of the main reasons why bettering your understanding of food is beneficial.

These practical reasons will open your eyes to a better understanding of why this matters... other than just physically.

Food quality matters but being able to enjoy ALL foods matters more!
