Episode DescriptionHost Krista Kayser, aka The Vibe Curator and Host of The 11:11 Update Podcast, gives advice on one very relevant and timely submission from a woman suffering major anxiety about the US election.The first submission is from a woman suffering crippling anxiety and can't stop stressing about the future. As a woman, and a conscientious human, she wants to know how to prepare herself for the next 4 years and would like advice on how to stay positive and hopeful when things feel so bleak and hopeless. Krista admits she is unable to stay neutral in regards to this submission as she had been feeling the weight of the world as well. Krista gets vulnerable and shares her fears, her own struggle with health as a woman and how important it is to take time to recharge. Krista encourages the listener not to give up but to know her limit and gives advice on how to create community and get involved. Krista also pulls an oracle card for the collective.
