A few things to think about as we head into a new week:
(1) In what ways are you putting your faith in the gym this week?
(2) What are some areas of your faith that you can get some more reps in for this week?
(3) What is an area of spiritual training that is tough for you, but you know is good for you and that you need to grow?
(4) Ask God to give you the strength, fortitude, and discipline to put your faith in the gym and grow it this week.
Stay the course, keep the faith, and fight the good fight.
