Welcome to Anxiety at Work --> We hope the time you spend with us will help remove the stigma of anxiety and mental health in the workplace and your personal life.

Our guest is Nicole Stec, Director, Well-Being at Banner Health. Nicole is an accomplished, results-driven senior wellness manager with substantial success in directing large-scale population health management and integrated wellness strategies. For the past ten years, Nicole has worked in community and corporate settings, designing and implementing well-being strategies for organizations, including healthcare systems, small businesses, the U.S. military and local governments.

She is a frequent national speaker on employer on-site clinics, population health and wellness strategy. She consults on best practices in population health management, benefit design, wellness coaching and programming.

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Southern California (B.S.), the University of Phoenix (MBA) and is currently completing her Master of Public Health (MPH) with the University of South Florida. She also holds many certifications, including being a Certified Wellness Practitioner (National Wellness Institute), an Integrative Health and Lifestyle Specialist (University of Arizona) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association).
