This industry romanticizes the “grind” and the “hustle” as being worth it and fun... but is it?
I've been there thinking it's a badge of honor to be working so much you barely have time for a day off. In truth it's just exhausting and it isn't fun at all! That's why I wanted to bring up this topic and shed some light on why we are so addicted to it.
