This week I am joined by a new friend I met through Instagram! Sheina is a dancer and traveler from Melbourne, Australia. Although she entered the dance world quite late in the industry, at 20 years old, she realized that it was her passion and went to all lengths to make it a part of her life. Fast forward a few years and she was teaching and performing abroad while also freelancing as a content creator. She created a lifestyle that gave her the freedom to travel and now she teaches dancers how to do the same. Her mission is to help dancers go from accepting the 'struggling artist' mindset to a lifestyle of freedom.
In this episode we talk about comparison on social media and how to handle that as a dancer and as you use the platform as a source of income. We also dive into Sheina's travel and how she has made her mental spiritual and emotional health a priority over the last year.
