The latest bit to emerge is that snipers who were stationed inside the building saw Crooks outside looking at the building and disappearing before he climbed up on the roof to take his position. Oh, and the head of the US Secret Service says the roof was too pitched to send anyone up to investigate it before hand. How steep is the pitch? 10 degrees.
