Kareemah Woodard, an auditor with over 15 years of experience shares her story of starting a fitness business. Her "The Well Fit Pro" company now focuses on delivering fitness, nutrition and wellness to their clients. Kareemah is a passionate and enthusiastic wellness professional with 10 years of experience in group exercise and dance fitness instruction and five years of experience in nutrition coaching for community and corporate wellness programs. Described by her students as “The HIITmaker,” she lives to make high-intensity interval training classes both fun and effective.

Also, she has a background in teaching children, senior citizens, and the general adult population. She holds Zumba certifications in STRONG by Zumba, Zumba® Fitness, Zumba® Sentao, Zumba® Kids, and Kids Jr. Kareemah is a certified barre instructor and a certified Pound Rockout. Workout Fitness Professional. Kareemah is also a certified nutrition coach through Plate by Zumba, a program developed by leading wellness professionals Dr. Mark Hyman and Dr. Neal Barnard. As a part of her fitness and wellness programs, Kareemah promotes a holistic mindset about exercise and nutrition, includes exercise, nutrition consultation, and wellness workshops. Kareemah is currently pursuing her certification in nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
