It’s been a quarter of a year since the European Elections, which among the others will come down in history as a breakthrough when it comes to unprecedentedly high turnout. While the key positions and the composition of the European Commission are being negotiated, it is worthwhile to look back at the actual results to see what that is that they tell us: in terms of balance amongst the political forces; in terms of raise, fall and transformation of diverse EP groups; in terms of resonance that the pro and anti European moods have within the societies across EU.
