In this episode, we sit down with Trey Morrison, who has an inspiring story of redemption, transformation and purpose. Trey is a dedicated fitness coach with 8 years of experience and has been a gym owner for 5 years. He has helped various people throughout his career, from national-level powerlifters to high school athletes aspiring to play college sports and even ultra-marathon runners.
Currently, Trey is focused on helping Christian men worldwide to achieve their best physical condition while deepening their relationship with Jesus Christ and serving as a positive example for others. He aims to assist men in overcoming weight loss plateaus by emphasizing that our bodies are part of God’s kingdom and that we can be healthy, fit, and aligned with our purpose.
Trey offers his coaching through the remote coaching system called Kingdom Body Breakthrough. Additionally, he is on a mission to complete a 100-mile race in every state as part of his Run With Christ Mission, which aims to showcase the impact of Christ in his life.
