In the wake of the tragic mass murder in Maine committed by a deranged man with a rifle, the response from the left has been fairly typical; with the blood of the victims still warm on the ground, they leap to exploit them as unwitting martyrs in their oh-so-virtuous cause of civilian disarmament.
Judging from the varied comments from multiple noted leftists, they were all attempting to out-do each other in plumbing the depths of their unfathomable ignorance, including but not limited to one mugwump alleging that mass shootings are the fault of suburban white women who insist upon voting incorrectly, i.e. for Republicans instead of Democrats.
