Voter approved Measure 114 was passed by the narrowest of margins recently in Oregon (50.7%). This illegal Infringement Law bans so-called "high-capacity magazines", forces lawful citizens to gain the state's permission just to purchase a gun, and institutes "universal background checks", which precedes registration.
Now, the enforcement of the measure being on hold by a judge while under legal challenge from multiple 2nd Amendment groups, the attorney general's office is demanding that the measure be fully implemented throughout the state even while the litigation is in play. They claim that any delays in implementation will lead to "unnecessary deaths".
Royce uses their own words to debunk their claims, so tune in and share around.
