Mark is best known for cofounding and selling Staffgroup. Founded in 2003 it specialised in recruitment for the technology, finance, engineering, and energy sectors. It had offices in eight countries in Europe and the USA with revenues in excess of €70m.

He shares his insights on what it takes to build and scale a successful recruitment business stateside, including the challenges he faced and the best practices he followed along the way.
