Week 1 has come and gone and in terms of the top 25 there might not have been any huge upsets but there are storylines everywhere college football.
It starts with week 1 reaction and some self-congragulations as Nick Shepkowski and Pete Fiutak both nailed exactly what would happen in Oregon/Auburn.
Tennessee had a major malfunction so that gets discussed and the guys start to get into Texas vs LSU and Texas A&M at Clemson discussions before Rachel Baribeau of Sirius XM College joins the show to preview the huge matchups for LSU and Texas A&M while also giving a pretty blunt review of the SEC in week 1. Tons of good SEC conversation that isn't your typical home-spun silliness. Also hear her call out friend of the show, Paul Finebaum!
The guys then preview a few of the other games this week and recap some of week 1's huge story lines including the outstanding performance of Jalen Hurts and Oklahoma.
The show then closes with the weekly power 5 as the fight for "Worst in the SEC" gets some time, a 90's rivalry that was must-watch at the time gets revisited this weekend and a couple of possible overreactions for a few Big Ten teams after week 1. Hint - they involve Jonathan Taylor and a former NFC Champion Head Coach.
