Men’s grooming is finally taking off both in South Africa and the region as a whole. It is one of the strongest growing categories in beauty and personal care, posting a nine percent value growth in 2018. The South African market is still highly dominated by the most traditional categories, such as deodorants, shaving products and fragrances, but other non-traditional categories are poised to rise in the men's grooming market.
