She tells her unfortunate upbringing in the foster care system, experiencing child sexual abuse and victimization as a teen by a boyfriend a few years older than her. The boyfriend became her trafficker in a brutal "guerrilla pimp" way and the domestic violence, drug abuse, sexual assaults, and trauma happened for 7 years. Stacy explains the hardships of getting out of false love, finding the right community support for an exit, and how RIAs House in Massachuteetes saved her and shaped her goals of having a program for adult sex trafficking victims and survivors.
