Presented by Sarah Hunter, PhD. This presentation will provide background about and motivation for performing continuous quality improvement. A brief introduction about the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) approach will be given along with case examples. An opportunity to design a PDSA cycle for use in FSP settings will be given.
