The first German Week is currently taking place in Canberra and, as in Adelaide, Brisbane or Melbourne, the event also seems to be a complete success in the capital. A central meeting point for the festivities is the Harmonie Club Canberra, which opened its doors in 1964 and has changed over time. There is a big Oktoberfest on the club grounds today and tomorrow and Benjamin Kanthak was on site for the official tapping. - In Canberra findet derzeit die erste German Week statt und wie bereits in Adelaide, Brisbane oder Melbourne, scheint das Event auch in der Hauptstadt ein voller Erfolg zu werden. Ein zentraler Anlaufpunkt bei den Feierlichkeiten ist der Harmonie Club Canberra, der 1964 seine Türen öffnete und sich im Laufe der Zeit gewandelt hat.
