Careem is one of the few unicorn start ups coming from the middle-east. In 2019 it was sold to Uber for 3,1 Billion USD. This interview is with the co-founder Magnus Olsson. It was first featured in 2016 on the Swenglanese podcast. As Magnus is sharing so much wisdom I decided to re-release it on the STC podcast. This is about taking ideas to reality, a skill that I believe is very valuable in the 21st century, regardless if you are an entrepreneur or an intrapreneur.
