Lagom is a Swedish word that can be translated as not too much and not too little. Lagom can be used for many things - how much dessert should you eat? Lagom! How much should you work? Lagom! In this episode, I sit down with Lola. She is the author of the new book "Lagom" that describes this concept in detail. The Danish word "Hygge" was a trend word the last few years but, as per Vogue and Elle, the 2017/18 trend word will be "Lagom".
