  2. Apple pie pieces of pie- Divide your life into segments representing different areas of your life.
  3. Create a Mission statement
  4. Decide what your Values are... and prioritise these
  5. Read your Affirmation
  6. Keep a Journal
  7. Create a dedicated time and sacred space for your journalling
  8. Achieve small simple tasks each day...and above all express self kindness

I want this to be a positive process so every step forward is a step forward without resentment, self recrimination, or self blame. This is about perspective, moving forward, and detachment.
