This is an ‘overcoming procrastination great apple pie challenge’ starting October 5th Monday or you can start any time which suits you. This is a 14 day challenge to help you overcome procrastination and bring more meaning to your life.
The steps I talk of today are
- Know you you are- your values- and what defines you as you
- Flexing your willpower or ‘decision making’ muscle...with daily practice
- Looking at your weakest link- The apple pie of life
- Facing the fear of change
- Be well
- Journalling - Be accountable- accept the consequences
- Own this 14 day challenge. LETS DO THIS - Small achievable tasks every day
