In this episode, Stephie joined her church in doing a 21 day fast and fasted from social media. She decided to document her thoughts along the journey by taking voice memos throughout the process. She learned a lot and reflected on the whole experience once it was over. It didn't go how she thought it would, and shares those raw thoughts along the way.
