Sara Daoud is a Wellcoaches certified Personal Health and Wellness coach as well as a graduate from Stanford University earning her B.A in Human Biology and an M.A. in Religious Studies. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and Vipassana meditation practitioner both for 17 years. Sara is also a Trained Mindfulness Facilitator from UCLA’s MARC and Semel Institute of Neuroscience. Her sincere passion and gift for listening and providing healing to those suffering from all walks of life has allowed her to coach hundreds of individuals with a variety of mental health, trauma and addiction issues.
