Episode description

Learn the first important step in Inner Child work and Inner Child reparenting: how to connect with and actively listen to your Inner Child.

This episode is part one of our five-part Inner Child Work Essentials series.

You’ll learn how to recognise your Inner Child’s voice and messages, encourage your Inner Child to speak clearly and calmly, and actively listen to your Inner Child in a way that helps them open up and share.

When you experience intense, uncomfortable, or painful emotions, your inner child is often clamouring for attention. Instead of shutting down these feelings, it’s important to acknowledge and address them. By listening and understanding these emotions, you can begin the Inner Child healing process.

With your hosts, David James Lees (ordained Taoist monk, emotional and spiritual health teacher) and Alexandra Lees (mindset and business coach).
