On this episode I had my friend Megan Wilcox on the show! Megan from Sobah Sistahs is absolutely incredible. She came to be a guest in the Sober Girls Club this week, and shared her story about going alcohol free, and creating the Sobah Sistahs community. Megan has hosted two retreats in Bali as well as in other locations around the world and I have had the pleasure of teaching yoga on both of her Bali retreats and look forward to doing it again in 2025!
