We speak with the co-founder of Fluffy But Fit, Cristian Del Valle, and he takes us on a journey that many of us have known. Ups, downs, and depriving himself of the joy of food in chase of that ever elusive "Instagram body", Cristian got ""shredded" but was miserable inside.
