Well!  What can we say about today's guest?!  We are honored and excited to interview the CEO of Echelon Fit - the one and only Lou Lentine.  We covered a wide swath of topics from Lou's journey as an entrepreneur, to the early Echelon days, to the exciting future of products, features, and content that lies ahead!  We learn a LOT and it was wonderful to hear and (for us) see the passion that Lou has for Echelon and its members.

In the pre-interview we tackle Halloween and how badly Sheldon got slaughtered on the listener poll.  Then in the post interview we dive into lots of Industry news:  new products in the weight category, lululemon slips into shoes and launches a Black Friday deal on Mirror, Peloton on delta and dealing with some not so great news on pay disparity, Apple gets chummy, and Echelon has some exciting products coming!

We discuss Halloween with Echelon instructors and who delivered the goods on costumes (spoiler alert - it's always Meredith), and we shout out like fiends!
