At the same time, JJ’s son was hit by a car and in a coma, right in the middle of launching her Virgin Diet empire. She was battling for her business, but most importantly, her son’s life.

2. DON'T SCALE TOO SOON: JJ shared how she got burned when The Virgin Diet exploded. She had $500K in shakes ready to ship but no customer service system in place. The result? 300+ angry customer emails on day one while she's sitting next to her son with a coma in the hospital. Scale only after you've got your systems dialed in.
