The FinCEN Files are leaked documents from the U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) on September 20, 2020. The documents appear to show (from 1999-2017) that while both the banks and the United States Government had the financial intelligence, they did little to stop activities such as money laundering of up to US $2 Trillion.
