My thyroid blew up my business in all the undesirable ways in 2023 so that I could learn to heal it and have my blow up (in the best way) in 2024. 

These were dark and testing days, weeks and months but it revealed even deeper truths about what I needed to address and fix in my body so that I could hold more in my business.  

In this deeply personal episode, I share with you my symptoms and experiences with a thyroid that repeatedly swung into hyperthyroidism for 20 years, only to eventuate into a diagnosis of the autoimmune condition Graves Disease in 2023.  

At its worst, this disruption to my capacity to focus and be all in on my power could have had me walk away from business altogether but then the treatment, support and re-commitment to what I know works to heal the root issue saw that start to turn around.
