• how people pleasing and seeking external validation are interconnected 
• is seeking external validation always a bad thing? 
• what are the reasons why some of us people please? 
• how people pleasing can actually hinder relationships + foster a loss of authentic self 
• how to break this pattern of thinking and learn to take up space
