In this spot coaching session, Erin Spahn Erenberg (co-founder and Executive Director of the advocacy nonprofit, Chamber of Mothers) sets out to feel more confident in her responsibility as a leader to not just create action, but create space. She leans into the idea of learning to sit in discomfort and realizes that as a leader we must give ourselves permission to take a pause and recalibrate. In that breath, we need to remember that leaders are human too.
