In this spot coaching session, Deida Massey (Celebrity Make Up Artist and CEO/Founder of Reel Beauty Inc., a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide self-esteem workshops to young women) is learning to trust the process, herself and the spirit. In the season of mentorship Deida has chosen to follow in a "just take this day" approach, leaving anxiousness in the rearview and leaning into resilience. Although circumstances can effect your faith, she believes that when we are intentional the universe will meet us at that point of action. This is when we break through the barrier of things that are inevitable and trust the process.
