Diego Perez is the writer, speaker and meditator behind the pen name Yung Pueblo - the well known and inspiring Instagram account, and author of the best selling book Inward. In today’s episode, Yung Pueblo shares with us his life journey, from growing up in Ecuador to moving to Boston at a young age with his parents. After hitting a rock bottom in 2011, Yung Pueblo found the clarity needed to shift his life and devote himself to meditation. He began sharing his wisdom on his Instagram account and its popularity has now led to writing his first book.
