We’re proud to introduce today’s guest Dr. Tara Swart: a neuroscientist, leadership coach, author, as well as To Be Magnetic’s new in-house Neuroscientist and Psychology Advisor! She will be contributing science-based research to our workshops and we are beyond excited about this new partnership. Her resume includes a PhD in neuroscience, a role as Senior Lecturer at MIT and a medical career as a psychiatrist. She specializes in studying how the brain deals with stress, emotion, trauma and how people can work to change their brain throughout their life.
In today’s podcast, Lacy and Tara discuss the science of neuroplasticity and the significant role it plays in manifestation. Tara shares with us how you can create new neural pathways through focused attention, deliberate practice and everyday repetition, as well as how to overcome emotional trauma and manifest the life you deserve.
