The co-hosts talked about how tennis players can take pressure off of themselves by focusing on being the best player they can be rather than focusing too much on results such as rankings, UTR ratings, etc. Additionally, they discussed how tennis players can analyze their matches in order to learn from wins and losses in a systematic way by reflecting on their performances in a journal.
