England has had wholesale poisoning before, notably of beer (Oh no! We hear you say!) and sweets sold at a market stall.
This case is different as this was intentional wholesale poisoning, both random and targeted.
And through the use of chocolate creams. Tampering with the ambrosia of foods is already crime enough, we think.
