Episode description
Ever hear of SMART Goals? Of course, you have. It's a way to set up and achieve goals. SMART stands for the acronym:
S=Set a specific goal
M=Make it measurable
A=Make the goal Attainable
R=Make the goal Realistic
T=Make the goal Time-bound
While this seems like a good way to set up goals, it's not.
Seriously.
Making a goal Attainable and Realistic causes you to have small goals. Who wants that?
But there is an easy way to change this up and make your goals stronger - and more likely to be successfully completed.
Change Attainable to Action and Realistic to Response.
Learn how in this episode.
