You have it all, until you don’t. For Ollie Phillips, playing professional rugby in a rugby crazed nation, was euphoria. He was at the top and had it all. He was in top fitness shape, at the height of his professional career and captaining the England National 7’s team. It wasn’t until after Ollie retired from rugby that he realized he was fighting a long and arduous battle with depression and was in need of discovering his true identity and self-love. In addition to being a world class professional rugby player in both the UK and France, he has climbed Mt. Everest, Mt. Kilimanjaro, sailed around the world, was the first to play rugby at the North Pole, and so many other adventures.
