On October 28th, 2022 Richard M. Allen of Delphi, Indiana was formally arrested and charged for the murders of Liberty “Libby” German and Abigail “Abby” Williams. Following the arrest, an announcement was made that the Probable Cause Affidavit requesting that Judge Diener sign off on Allen’s arrest would be sealed. Late last month a redacted version of this 8 page document was released to the media and public. Here in the Garage we have kept a close eye on this case and have been asked to give our thoughts on what we are seeing and what we are not seeing in this document. Join us in the Garage as we review all that has come out and been discussed in this case since November 1st.
