- Split top bun
- Butter
- Lemon
- Mayo
- Lobster meat (claw & knuckle)
- Toast the split top bun on a skillet or grill until golden brown
- Put mayonnaise on the inside of the toasted bun
- Add cooked claw and knuckle meat
- Top with fresh squeezed lemon
